Confused, is the Galaxy S3 S968c available from Net10?

My husband got the Galaxy Proclaim from Net10 last year, at the time it was the only smartphone available on Verizon network. Now the charging port has worn out and he wants a new phone.

He was looking at the Galaxy S3.

We called Net10 last night to confirm that it will work in the zipcode he works at, which is in a Verizon only area.

When I ordered it I put in the zipcode where he works. But then when I had to enter shipping address, which was his motel when working out of town, I had to override that zipcode.

Today I checked on the order status and it said "in progress" and it had the model number S960L next to Galaxy SIII.

Upon doing some research, I found out that it is the Sprint version of the phone and will not work at his worksite, but apparently in the town where the motel is.

I also found out that there should be a model S968c which is the correct one for Verizon.

But you can't just go to Net10 site and choose the model you want to buy.

Has anyone ordered the S968c from Net10 and how?

NET10 does have tutorials for both on their site:
    S960L
    http://tracfone.deviceanywhere.com/n...L&locale=en_US
    S968C
    http://tracfone.deviceanywhere.com/n...U&locale=en_US

This should be the page for the SIII with Verizon service.
    http://www.net10-store.com/bpdirect/...list=true&aid=
you will see it is the CO market which is Verizon only. You can use this link (change the 00000 to your zip before ordering). Or you can go to NET10 and use your zip and then change the market to CO. YOU MUST REFRESH THE PAGE or the market will not change and you will get the Sprint model. Do not try this unless you fully understand my instructions.

    Thank you, Tracfancier!

I talked to someone at Net10 today and it seems that the S968c in not currently in stock.

He ended up getting the Straight Talk version of the Galaxy S3 S968c. We ordered it on Walmart.com and had it shipped to a store near his work. It's easier to return the phone to a Walmart store than sendind it back to Net10 if there is a problem. He transferred his number over from Net10 to ST and the price ends up being the same for the unlimited plan with autopay. Hopefully we won't have a problem with ST. He had N10 for a year without any issues on autopay.
