    Skype for Symbian being disabled soon

    Microsoft was busy sending out emails that Skype for Symbian was ending in a few weeks so you would no longer be able to log in and use the service after that. They surely want to kill Symbian but it still is good in it's limited context. I'm glad I'm not too cloud dependent because I like to control my data. Now I'll have to look into a SIP solution instead.

    It appears that Skype is now preventing logging on from Symbian devices now, about weeks after they said that they would turn it off. One more app to uninstall from my phone.
