last Fri Nite and They got it fixed and working by Tues Nite...! They are Good, Reasonable and They don't/won't give up until it is Fixed...! Just Tell Them "gw" Sent You...! They Fixed the Cricket Samsung Galaxy Amp 2 where the OP Co. wouldn't or couldn't...!

I have a swipe locked samsung s8. It will not let me unlock or turn it off. I have fingerprint unlock but when tried a message says "your phone was restarted and needs to be unlocked, using your series of directions. You can use your fingerprints next time you unlock your phone." I cannot recall the series of swipe directions.
When the on screen red power off button is pushed twice, as instructed, it says "draw series of directions to turn phone off".
I visited the Verizon service provider store and they said the phone must be turned off before they can wipe it clean.
I've visited your UB service and see that I need the phone's IEMI number. Since i cannot unlock the phone to dial #06# i can't get the code number. How do I get a "non-accepted sim card" as you stated in your video. Please Help! Thank you.
Does the s8 have a removable battery? if so how do I get to it? to see the IMEI code

@firebatt - you have to factory reset the device first then look for the IMEI number (or check the back plate).
