    It's on up here now in Ukiah, CA (Mendocino County, rural Northwestern California), it was turned up in the past few months. Right now, it seems to only be in larger towns and cities up here, like Ukiah, Windsor, Santa Rosa, etc.

    Unfortunately, I haven't tested it. I just glanced at what bands cellmapper was showing as I was driving. As luck would have it, the tower that serves my parent's home is band 13 only. Hopefully that will change soon.
