Rollover plans on ATT or Verizon networks?

Are there currently any no-contract providers that roll data purchases over?

Can be an MVNO, but must be on ATT or Verizon only, LTE with 3G fallback and allow MiFi/tethering/hotspotting

I'd be willing to pay a small monthly fee to keep the account alive, but ideally I could buy say 5-20 GB at a time at a reasonable price, only use it once in a while, and not have to worry if it might take me say six months to use it all up.

    Thanks in advance

Reasonable price with the above criteria being anything less than ~$20 per GB.

    Thanks, that *is* cheap!

I personally would pay more for them to last longer, but maybe most others are more consistent in their usage. . .
