You don't want corporate people anyways, they are over paid and their attitudes and critical thinking isn't no different than someone that would be train on your own. The only difference is that they have a different tool bag provided by VZW Corp. to make it appear they are prized.

If you are looking for someone somewhat trained and knows the generals I would recommended poaching from your local wireless stores.

$60-100k with benefits is what decent one will expect. No corp employee will jump to agent unless they are forced too...
Why would they...less stability, less money, less benefits.

Its not rosey as you think, as for stability I wish you guys the best on that matter.

We have 3 ex-corp employee working on our company and they are some of the best people we ever hired.
Just like we have 4 ex-radioshack and they are some of the best people we ever hired.

If your going to hire anybody make sure you have a position that can be filled with their training.
