Unlocking a Docomo SH-11C?

I recently bought a SH-11C on amazon that was listed as unlocked, though when I got it and turned it on it said "UIM cannot be used." I contacted the seller and gave me a refund and let me keep the phone, but now I was wondering if there was any way to get it unlocked without getting a hypersim? I'd rather send it to someone in Japan than get a hypersim, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that in a safe way either

In case you're still trying, here is what i was told about a similar phone.

Unfortunately, there is no way to unlock the SH-03E unless you bring it physically into a Docomo shop, have a person with Docomo account , tell Docomo shop their account number, sign the unlocking agreement, pay unlocking fees.

The phone needs to also have a clean IMEI number, and is checked when its connected by the usb to their computers to run the official unlocking.

so you'd probably have to find someone to physically take it there and get it unlocked.
