Doesn't seem to work for me. Is LTE not on their PayGo?

Here are the manual 4G LTE APN settings I was given for my AT&T HTC One X.

FYI - I am on the PayGo plan with an old unused H2O sim (not the new "Dual Smart Sim"), but I still get 4G LTE speeds (and the LTE icon on my phone) with the below settings. Note: if a setting field isn't listed below, then keep that field to its default setting.

Note, you need to create 2 different APN's - one each for Data/Internet and one for MMS.

    1. Data APN name: H2O INTERNET

    APN: PRODATA
    Proxy: 66.209.11.33
    Port: 80

Save changes from the Menu and select this APN as your default.

    2. MMS APN name: H2O MMS

    APN: PRODATA
    MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
    MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
    MMS Port : 80
    Authentication Type: PAP
    APN Type: MMS

Save changes from the Menu, but do not select it as your APN. "H2O INTERNET" should be the only APN you have selected, while the H2O MMS APN will automatically work along with it.

Greetings from 2017. These are the settings that made H2O data work on my Moto G5 Plus. Thank you.

Thanks for bumping this thread - I had been unable to get the APN settings via SMS on a Moto G4. These worked, problem solved. You'd think it wouldn't be difficult for H2O to put a real self-config page on the website!

    One would think so...

I don't know about other devices, but the settings I was provided by a H2O rep. seem to work best on my Nexus 5X:

    Name: h2ointernet
    APN: prodata
    Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
    Port: 80
MMSC: (same address posted by droyder... I can't post links)
    MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
    MMS Port: 80
    APN Type: *

Seems a bit simpler than having to add multiple APNs or use a proxy IP address.

This is the latest H2O APN that was pushed to my phone by H2O Smart SIM:

    Name: H2O Wireless
    APN: prodata
    Proxy: Not set
    Port: Not set
    User name: Not set
    Password: Not set
    Server: Not set
    MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
    MMS proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
    MMS port: 80
    MCC: 310
    MNC: 410
    Authentication type: Not set
    APN type: default,mms,supl
    APN protocol: Not set
    APN roaming protocol: Not set
    Enable/disable APN: APN enabled
    Bearer: Unspecified
    MVNO type: None
    MVNO value: Not set

Previously, one had to use 2 APN's as listed above.
