    want my old plan back

I recently switched over to sprint on order to reduce my bill. But the service is awful.
I would like to know if there is anyway to switch back to verizon and get my old plan(unlimited data) back.
i was a verizon customer for 20 yrs. and i made a foolish mistake.
    I'a appreciate any help

You gave up Verizon unlimited data! if you do not have unlimited data it would make sense to switch but not if you are one of the lucky ones with unlimited for no other reason but to get back at them every month. call retentions 1 808 11555 to and they should help you. good luck getting back on an unlimited data plan but yes I understand we all make mistakes I have made some myself. would you please go out of your way to inform me what you have not like about Sprint and please be detailed as I have a family member who was thinking of switching to cut the bill in half. Thank you very much greatly appreciated

FFR so others don't make the same mistake.

Activate any new phone or service with a new number keeping your old service & phone intact.

Test for a period of time exercising all the variables for a while. Only port over the public-facing number once you know the new setup is as good or better than the old.

Personally I use a multi-ring service like RingTo so the public facing number rings simultaneously on any number of devices/services, only when a given setup proves redundant does it get shut down, lets me play/test with any number I like at a time with never any disruption of service, in fact having multiple carriers ensures greater reliability and signal coverage.

i just got off the phone with Verizon and they reinstated my original plan which was unlimited data.
i switched to sprint but the services sucked.
the rep. stated that i was within the 30 day window and was able to retain my grandfathered plan.

Sorry replying late. There is a department called win-back that handles these sort of enquiries. Usually they reinstate as per the same plan and terms, sometimes ask for a year contract.

I made a similar mistake, leaving VZ for Sprint. I didn't have unlimited data, that was the draw to Sprint. It was beyond terrible. Dropped calls, splotchy 4G, terrible customer service. I was back on VZ in a month in a half. The unlimited data was nice when I had coverage. Sold the phone off, took a hit, but I am back and couldn't be happier with Verizon.

So don't "switch" as in drop your old plan, just try Sprint out!

If you really don't need your UDP - sell it!

it was foolish. The fact that Sprint is poor is not exactly news.

Sprint is cheaper. So is T-Mobile. If saving money is your primary concern you should definitely switch to one of them.

Both of those wouldn't work for 90% of the hundreds of thousands of people living and working in a two-hour radius of my home.

Those two only have coverage along a few main roads coming through the area, while both the top two are pretty solid until you get up into the wealthy woods & hills where the zoning won't allow towers.

If not having a working phone when you leave a major highway is what you want then certainly switch to Sprint Or T-Mobile
