    sim card

    i keep losing my signal for my galaxys5.
    i did a reset, factory reset, reboot, cleared the cache.
    i need some guidance in fixing this problem.
    and it keeps sending me to global data.

    I would replace the sim card. Not much else I can think of to do.

    Where did you get the Phone? Is it still under warranty?

    Verizon SIM Card

    On phones that allow the battery to be removed, you could remove the battery for about a minute and them re-insert it.

    Did you get it from Verizon? If you did I would just call them at this point. Once you did a factory reset there is not much else you can do. That is unless you were rooting the phone and changing settings or roms.

    You have a 1 year warranty. They should send you a certified like new replacement.

    I doubt it's the SIM card, that seems to be the placebo effect Verizon always tries first which never actually fixes it, unless you never get service or never get LTE. Poor signal reception seems to be a phone issue.
