    T-Mobile Lumia 925 not getting Denim

    I have a Lumia 925 that started off as Lumia black and Windows Phone 8. After several 3 update cycles, it is at Lumia Cyan with Windows Phone 8.1. Checking for update says no more updates. Shouldn't Denim be available 4-5 months ago?

    I finally got Denim. Turns out Denim update is not through the "phone update" under setting. But rather updated via the Store. I just went ahead and updated all my Apps and I got a notice "Welcome to Denim". Sure enough, I'm on Lumia Denim now.
