using Verizon Nokia Lumia with another CDMA operator

are possible 'fully' use verizon nokia lumia (822,928,929) in the network of another CDMA 800 cellular operator ? with R-UIM voice(1x) work but internet(EV-DO) - not. in what could be the reason ?

Why not specify your location and carrier? What specific bands does that carrier require?

Have you gone to the spec sites to see how that matches up for each of those models?

my cdma operator is fully compatible with verizon. work with exactly same bands as verizon. and mostly use hardware from verizon. many phones from verizon work here(both voice (1x) and internet(ev-do)) but problems exist with nokia windows phones - 822, 928 and 929(icon) models - here all work (by inserting ruim), except internet. for me interesting understand root of problem. may be when phone try connect to internet using some parameters not from ruim but from 'body' - as result authentication fail. or blocked usage of MCC\MNC different from verizon or may be something else.
