Prepaid incoming call billable if ringing but not answered?

Have pc mobile prepaid, setting up a simultaneous ring with call forwarding from another number. If it charges one minute of pay per use, I'll adjust it to sequential ringing instead. Anyone has info on this? Normally calls not picked up are not billed in cellular providers, but some voip providers do. This is for incoming call that hasn't reached the voice mail pick up yet, I.e. The first few rings.

Good question! If the answer turns out to be no billing without a call connection, PC Mobile at least allows you to increase the time to voicemail pickups to avoid premature call connection.
