    nTelos LTE Long-term Issue

I signed up with nTelos in May. Until recently, I wasn't aware I wasn't receiving a lot of calls. I called four times within a week, for the final technician to confirm they're having a long-term issue with LTE and receiving phone calls. I was told, and I quote, "You have to disable 4G to receive calls." Of course, I laughed because it sounds ridiculous. However, there was no laughter from his end.

That said, think twice about activating with nTelos. These are basic functions of current communications, and they can't get it right.

I currently have a complaint in with nTelos and the FTC. It's completely unacceptable.

nTelos cam through. They offered the phone of my choice in exchange for a new contract. I went with the S6, and I'm happy again.
