In the mountains behind Margaretville, up in the Catskills. Not bad for the signal.

There are a lot of fake cell sites being connected to in the DC area and your phone will still say AT&T for instance. This happens on both Android and ios devices. Some are international spying outfits. Consumer grade devices unfortunately have a lot of security vulnerabilities.

Yes, I’ve spotted it on my 11 Pro. Speedtest with combo earlier in the thread.

AT&T has added even more permits for Forest Hills, NY. Verizon added more fiber optics conduit permits and is doing work in a different section on the south side. AT&T is doing fiber optics conduit on the North side of town. NYC seems like a focus market now. Haven’t seen any permits from others in my area for fiber optics conduit as of late. Crown Castle did permits in the past but haven’t seen any recent permits. My guess is Verizon and AT&T have the superior backhaul in this area with Verizon #1 and AT&T #2 in terms of density.

I am on ios 13.1 on all devices, an ipad mini 4 on AT&T and iphone 6S with Verizon.

A couple from Monday on the north end of Ukiah, these were taken at Carl's Jr, just a block from the AT&T site located on a tall sign at a gas station.

It did go a tad over 100 a few times, then settled back to the speeds shown. I believe they were on Band 4, it might've been Band 2, too, I can't remember. It was LTE-A, that I do remember.

They're not impressive compared to those insane speeds some of you guys are seeing, but for this rural area, they're awesome. AT&T has several new sites going up around Mendocino County, too, I'm sure First Net has a good deal to do with that, whatever the reason, it's great to see, they're actually the most active site builder here at the moment (we have VZ, ATT, TMO and USCC).
