I have a Samsung Illusion SCH-I110 smart phone that is activated on PagePlus pay-as-you-go plan.
An $80 card will regularly last me 6 months or more. I really don't make many calls.
I RARELY do texts. Costs 5 cents for EVERY text in and EVERY text out.

Recently acquired a bluetooth headset and have used it a little for phone calls.

Often, if I don't hang up at the end of a call, I get an announcement that your remaining balance is XX dollars an xx cents. I think this is the same message as I get when I am making a call.

One time when a call ended, I don't remember if I ended the call or if the other party hung up first, I got a voice announcement that said something about "Your remaining balance will expire in 74 days".

I haven't been able to figure out how that happened or how to make it repeat.
I know that I can send some text message and get balance texted back but I never heard or been able to find any mention of the voice option.

Is this just a smart phone thing or can I get it to do it with a dumb flip phone also?
