A friend of mine has been trying to activate their BB on Sprint with no success. It's an older BB Curve. Talk and text works but no one at Sprint (so far) has been able to get data working. Phone has been reset, requests for Host Table and Service Books has been sent, to no avail. Does Sprint still have a dedicated BB Support Team in Tecnical Support? Does Sprint's network still provide BIS?

Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.
