Angry Ugh 5 GB that's it?

Gah what the f*** trying to get a reasonably priced under $100 PER MONTH for the rest of my freaking life and here in Canada all you get is a measly 5GB on Virgin, so called discount carrier from Bell.

Virgin doesn't even have a BYOP plan > 5 GB...

5 GB is a fairly hefty amount of data.. I mean, unless you can't physically restrain yourself from streaming content or downloading large files over cell data. Why don't you try the ever-popular koodo $48.00 for 5GB plan. It's relatively easy to hit the mark that way.

If that doesn't work, you can take solace on the fact that we'll all be dead someday.

    Cheers

Yeah if you can get on the MB/SK $48/5GB plan the overage rate is $10/GB so you could use 10 GB and still be just under $100.

We are on the unlimited MTS plan, and most of the 50 lines we have on our plan use around 4-6GB per month. So yes, it is pretty easy to use that much data.

Does anyone know of any DAILY SIM CARD RENTAL carriers in Canada that will allow calls to the US?

Roam Mobility. The costs are astronomical but you can try it.

$3.13 a day so about 90 plus dollars a month.
Its a good option for 2-3 days.

I wonder if the poster was asking about using in Canada, and calling LD to the U.S.

Wireless is a deregulated service, so the CRTC doesn't involve itself with pricing.
