See if someone can remove Call Delivery on your account, I had my buddy at a Premium Retailer do that a while back when I had Loyalty + Unlimited in a hotspot and I think any incoming calls just resulted in a generic error message on the incoming party's end, though I don't know if that still works.

    100% for sure does not.

30 minute allowance, $0.25/min overage, 0 text allowance, $15 monthly access, 0 night and weekend, 0 mobile to mobile calling.

That's the black and white. Anyone who tells you something else is wrong.

Well. That's odd. Because that is 100% not what internal resources say.

I would be interested to see what happens when your bill cycle hits and it goes through back end reconciliation.

While the minutes of use show categorized as 5 minutes of Night & Weekend, the plan still only allows 30 minutes of total talk time. There are no additional N&W minutes.

Hopefully it's not a temporary glitch.

Interesting and surprising. You should also check the web portal as well as the phone app, because I have seen discrepancies between the two when there was a glitch.

Is 30 minutes are truly enough time minutes for anyone in a months time. I guess you probably have a second phone for your phone calls and text. I guess that's where T-Mobile would probably come in with their $25 unlimited talk and text plan. I would love to recommend Sprint but unfortunately they don't have any just talk and text plans that I know of but T-Mobile does so thank goodness they are flexible and

I would imagine that the vast majority of those currently on the 30 minute plan is using it in conjunction with unlimited data in tablets, mifi, broadband router, modems, etc... Something that neither t-mobile nor sprint allow currently, even on legacy plans.
