Lightbulb Mobilicity / Chatr Terms of Service

Why isn't everyone screaming? Read the new terms of service!!! Your offers are only temporary and are not like your old Mobilicity agreements. Contact the CCTS. The Commissioner for Complaints for Telecommunications Services (CCTS) is an independent organization located in Canada. 1-888-221-1687

The Wireless Code does not restrict a provider from making changes to prepaid service.

The lawyers ensure wireless agreements give a provider latitude to do anything and have no obligation (beyond statutory requirements).

Wording of the ToS is no reason for FUD.

The point the OP is referring to is the fact the promo plans can be changed on the move your plan website

As stated above Chatr needs no such provision if it wants to increase your charges since they are a prepay carrier
