Thanks cnypackerfan. I'll do that if I have to. I'm getting a little worried about their web site problems. Up until early this year I never had any problems with Boom's web site. I'm going to post this and go back and try again.

Abbadon, I've been using a Motorola Moto E6 on Boom Red for a couple of years now. Cheap Android phone that does what I want it to do. I'm not a power user.

I wish boom! Had their own sub forum so I don't have to hi jack my main question for another one. I haven't looked at phone plans recently and noticed I am getting 2gb for $30, but noe it should be 3gb for $30, or 2gb for 20. Is this right? Can I call and have them fix this? Been with them for 5 years now, an eternity for mnvo
Is the online Customer Service / Ticket Submission form broken, or is it just me? I get a blank page and no response.

I take it it is time to jump ship? Where have most people gone that are V dependent? I haven't looked around in a few years I am sure things have changed. I am just terrified of losing my phone number, I've had it for over 20 years now.
Ok, chatted with someone this morning. Short answer, good news, was able to switch to a 5G plan, more data, for less money. Works for me!
This additional info was from the rep, so take it as such. Apparently chat is the best way, and they were unaware of the form submission. They made it easy and simple to pick a plan, and gave the option to stack or change immediately (I chose stack), and did not try to upsell me. They said boom! had just been approved for eSIMs and they were one of the last to disable 3G by years end. My other 3G was cut off 2 years ago. This was in response to asking if there were any business changes coming due to being a Verizon MNVO, I doubt they would answer honestly to a "are you going out of business" or "should I leave" query.

The few times I needed assistance they have been decent. I've usually talked to them. Their website is flawed, as we have seen, and they don't seem to be in a hurry to fix it. But the underlying customer service seems good.
I've seen the list of plans on their renewal page in my account. There are some old expensive plans there for sure!

I think you can change plans within your account. I did that earlier in the year when I decided to just move to the 1200 minute/month plan on T-Mobile. An "extra" home phone so minimum usage. Can't transfer numbers in my area code to GV.
iPhone 12 Pro is my current phone I carry.
