    They offered to provide funds for mosques to be built in Europe for Syrian refugees. No other form of aid. Exclusively religious or none at all.

    Imo without the Saudi Royal Family funding terrorism in 3-5yrs terrorism will reduced by 98%+. People say ideology drives terrorism. Not really it's the money. The people fomenting these actions are getting wealthy spreading terrorism.
