    In order for them to use HPUE, they need to have a large number of B41 sites, and looking at their coverage map, they do not have many at all.

    PR and marketing. This is like a Guiness World Record thing - done just to be a world record, but of no actual use.

    Sprint has not even built a credible nationwide network, much less getting LTE everywhere they have a network. They are working on it as fast as fast as their very limited capital resources allow.

    I can't think of anything I need 1 Gbps for on a phone. Don't care.

    The problem with Sprint here in norther NJ is the nonexistent network footprint. Coverage is ridiculously hard to find. Maybe it's the geography - lots of mountains and valleys. A while back I read a credible article online that said Sprint's towers were rated for something like 5,000 to 8,000 simultaneous data connections, yet many were handling 15,000 to 21,000 simultaneous connections. The Network Vision upgrade program was supposed to "touch" every tower in the network, but they seemed to completely miss northern NJ. At least it didn't seem like they bothered. I don't know where the network has gone over the past 4 or 5 years. But nobody I know with Sprint service has anything good to day about their service.

    One thing I find hysterical is Sprint's commercial about "network reliability being within 1%..." That says NOTHING about network speed. Or network footprint. If you fall for something that lame you get what you deserve.

    only where they deploy 8x20MHz TDD-LTE on the EBS/BRS spectrum they are squatting on...

    ...otherwise sprint is behind the Big 3.

    Hahahah yeah ok.

    one thing about that, is that even with those speeds,

    sprint is the CLEANEST connection once it reaches the tower;

    *i've tested it*

    point is, that vid was made 2 years ago, on an ev-do connection, fast forward today, with much improvement in network investments,

    sme carriers *COUGH*tmobile*COUGH*, would be hard pressed to allow a customer BY DEFAULT to even get a stream started at 720P & up on a more advanced lte network, only because of the messing around with the middle points AKA the network itself..

    which would give a cleaner network un-molested a much faster appearance as far as utility..

    Here in the Seattle area, Sprint can't even deliver LTE reliably. I shouldn't be using EV-DO on Sprint outdoors in urban areas in 2017.

    I really do hope that Sprint can build a first rate network, but right now, from my experience, Sprint seems to be at the bottom. There are places where Sprint is quite fast, but performance is terribly inconsistent.

    This is about the norm here in Chicago. Some places are extremely fast but that is far and few between. I thought about switching but unlimited keeps me here. I torrent and tether so much that I'm well of 100-150 gigs a month. It works for my data hog needs so just keep on truckin Sprint and I will keep data hogging!!Name: ImageUploadedByHoFo1485098016.260459.jpg
