Data Meter Reset to 0 GB mid cycle?

My data meter reset to 0 GB mid billing. Has this happened to anyone? I switched mid month to the New Unlimited Plan. I wonder if they're trying to work out some quirks. When you go into the details it shows data was used. How odd?

This only happen to us, Unlimited users or does anyone know if it happened on the other plans too?

I'm on a 16GB shared plan and it's still reading the way it should be.

I'm running into this as well.

    Edit: it is fixed now.

Same here. I haven't figured out why. And I also used 2 gb today and it isn't registering it.

The data meters in their various incarnations have had problems in the past. There are also often differences between what My Verizon app shows and what the website shows.

I noticed a different, but peculiar problem with the data meter myself. Yesterday was the last day of my billing cycle since the meter said we had 0 days left. Today, being the first day of the billing cycle, the meter shows 27 days remaining in the cycle and 3GB of data used.
