Nope. If they have software on your work phone forwarding calls will do nothing for you.

Do you truly value your job? Pretending to be somewhere you aren't by hiding your required location as defined by your employer is very dishonest.

you could do that, but you can also turn off my location. Unless you don't want them to know you went to strip club.

If the telephone belongs to the employer, they may have restrictions to prevent enabling or disabling selected features. I would expect this to be an employer provided telephone since you can do whatever you want with your own telephone.

Maybe. MDM solutions can easily disable/enable many features on the iPhone and I'm sure they will be able to see that you activated call forwarding. I'm not sure how advanced your IT department is but it's not that hard to disable/enable or see the activity that's going on. If your work provides service for the iPhone then they can easily see that you are using the call forwarding feature when they check the bills.

My company does the same thing, and we can do a lot with the iPhones we distribute to employees and to our outside partners. Just the other day an iPhone from a former co-worker showed up on our database and our IT guy turned on "Lost mode" with a customized message.

Circumventing a company IT Policy is often grounds for immediate dismissal. Be cautions before doing anything to violate company policies.
