    #737 no longer works and hasn't for 6 months now.

    Anybody else unable to dial #737? Just get can't complete call.

    This is on a paygo line.

    611 does the same thing now.

    Was curious after reading this; just tried these numbers, and they both rang through for me. In fact, the #737 number now tells you what plan you are on (standard) besides giving you the acct balance ....

    After seeing this thread I just had to try it. I have several P+ accounts and I
    usually buy airtime from CallingMart and add from the web page.

    Anyhow, I dial #737 (and send). The system confirms my telephone number, asks what
    I want to do, asks for and confirms my PIN ... after a moment, it says this transaction
    cannot be completed ... then I hear ringing and I'm talking to customer service.
    After a few pleasantries, I get a text message with my new balance and end date about the
    time the CS rep reads them to me. I'm looking at the web page which also has
    the new balance and date.

    This happened four times in a row ; it works but it's not reassuring.
