Unhappy S5 Damaged need to recover data

Does anybody know of a program I could use to recover data from a Galaxy S5 with a black screen? I can plug the phone into my computer but it will not respond so I can do a data transfer.
    much thanks

I guess older Samsung phones has MHL support.
So you can connect a MHL cable and use a HDMI to connect to the TV along with a mouse on the USB OTG.

Now you can use the phone completely and you can either use wifi or some other means to transfer all the data.

For a broken Samsung phone, I think you can use Samsung data recovery tool, it supports broken screen phone and help you get back data.
I just drop my Samsung phone on the floor, and finally get the simple solution to retrieve my phone data, and it works well on my side.
