When you say sales maker discount, what do you exactly mean? Corporate store reps or third party agent reps?

The answer is never. I moved my account back to consumer. I wanted to make sure I have the unlimited plan before they do something stupid like raised the price or lower the quality of video for new sign-ups. They would totally do something like that.
