    [HELP] Koodo mobile QC plan in Ontario billing problem

    So I joined koodo and switched to the 49$ QC plan in the last week of may. So the first bill was the prorated bill for the month of may and it was 64$. I was shocked because it should be way less since I was with koodo for like only 4-5 days in the month of may (joined at the last week of may). I was then told on the bill that "your first bill includes charges from your activation date to your first regular billing date plus the next full month (Month of June)"

    Well the next month (month of june) I still got a bill of 55$!...

    Can someone explain what's going on?

    Note: I can't call koodo customer service of course because they will terminate my plan (you can't have a ON address and/or ON number with a QC plan). I tried anonymously but they told me it is "fraud" and demanded my account number, I hanged up shortly.

    Are you serious?? .....they bill you a month in advance, as you said "plus the next full month (Month of June)"..... the bill from this month (june), pays for your service next month( july); you'll get this same bill (49+tax) each month, which pays ( in advance) your service for the following month. Looks right to me.

    I am sorry for bringing back an old thread, But i just got my first bill from Koodo with same situation. But i was billed 1 month pro rated, plus fukll month. plus 2 more months for each subscriber, and i have 3. In short my bill is somehow $503- for 3 subscribers.
    Phones using: Honor Play 6GB 128GB,wife using LG G7 One, son using iPhone XR,daughter using iPhone XR, Youngest son using Xiaomi Redmi 5.

    Maybe getting in touch with your service provider to get more clarifications?

    As i am on the QC plan i do not think i should call Koodo.

    When I signed up I had ( I think)similar situation .....

    Got billed:
    “Original #(sign-up)”- pro rated month + additional month
    “QC #(that I changed it to)” - pro rated month + additional month
    “Ported ON # - pro rated month + additional month

    .... I just paid what I thought was right, it was sorted out the following month with a bunch of credits... I’d wait till next bill before considering a call to customer service!
