Motorola G5 Play Plus and System Ram

So there are the 2 versions of the G5 Play Plus out now- 32 GB of storage and 2 GB of Ram, or the 64 GB of storage and 4 GB of Ram. So my 2 questions are for an average user (not higher end needs every app from the store, etc.) and if the 8.0 Oreo would be an issue on the 2 GB of ram (Google so far does not have much in the requirements for Oreo- only the 7.0 CPU and memory being discussed...)

What is a Moto G5 Play Plus? I have googled it and narrowed it down to two possible models? I'm trying to follow Moto closely... mostly hoping to no avail that they come out with a phone that has a great camera.

Or is it something in India which hasn't made tech news?

Is the OP asking about the G5 plus and is just throwing in Play?

My answer to the question is 2 GB Ram is enough. Phones don't really use that much RAM compared to a desk top and even then 4GB will do fine fine with a fast CPU.
