Will a Z10 unlocked work well on Republic Wireless?

So I've been trying to find a smaller smartphone, similar in size to the old iPhone 5S. I've only found some Sony Xperias and the Bb Z10 so far that have 2GB. The sony's are too pricey for me right now.

So will a Z10 work well on Republic Wireless? I believe a Z10 can use 4G LTE. I've also read it can run the 10.3 Bb OS which allows you to download and run Android apps on Bb OS.

Anyone who would know about those 3G and 4G bands or could otherwise answer my Qs above, I could really use some help before Labor Day weekend. Or if you know of other good buys for a SMALL smartphone I can use on RW or possibly Red Pocket.

    Thank you,

    Mac

    Depends on model of Z10
There were some big differences in what they supported

The Z10 though still works great as a basic smartphone
I had given one to my mother in law to use, she kept crying wanted a Samsung, after a week asked if she could get the Z10 back (faster & better stability)
    Koodo $40 Canada Wide + 8GB + 1000 Intl LD
    Public $120 Province Wide + 12GB - $6 Autopay - $12 Loyalty - $45 Refer = $19 per Month
    Freedom $35 ($37-BTS) North America Wide + 8GB + 1GB Roaming

Gee, I'd love to learn more. Guess I'll have to find sites where I can look up Z10 model numbers. I'd also really like to know what Samsung your mother in law used.

    Thanks Mr. Peperming,

Wiki had a comparison of what worked where
    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/BlackBerry_Z10
And of course the official Blackberry site will too

The last old phone she had last was a Nexus 4 (the Samung was an S3)
But original point still stands that older Android phones seem to show their age worse than BB10 devices
