iOS 11.0.2 issue with cellular data, had to hard reset

I updated the os, and after I used it for awhile it said my data was inactive so I went to manually turn it on but as I did it said no service when I know it works here. I turned it back off then on but it still said no service.
A one time hard reset seems to have fixed the issue as now I can turn it off or on and it works fine. Only thing I did was update the os earlier.
If the issue persists, you may want to reset network settings. Settings> General> Reset> Reset Network Settings. You will need to resetup Wi-Fi passcodes and the like, though this usually does wonders with network settings.
