I turned it on but it does not show "cricket Wi-Fi" on the carrier provider area. It still only shows "cricket".

On my iPhone 7 Plus, I disconnected and reconnected to my WiFi network and "cricket Wi-Fi" showed up.

On my wife’s 6 Plus, turned Wi-Fi calling off/on and it showed up.

    Wi-Fi calling is here

Yea same here. iPhone 6S and 6s Plus working as well.

Of course I don’t see that option about preference available anywhere. Maybe someone has seen it?

Putting iPhone on airplane mode and connected to WiFi allows phone calls to work fine. You can see it’s active when it shows cricket Wi-Fi on the upper left corner.

for this to work, do we need to have a white sim and have VOLTE working? Meaning I would have to downgrade to the 5 gb plan and then turn off stream on and then upgrade back to unlimited 2?

If you’re on iPhone, think you should be able to just turn it on?

You shouldn’t have to downgrade. Make sure your phone is update with the latest update and then check the about page in setting to make sure you have the latest carrier update. Should be cricket 30.1 I believe.

That should allow you to activate WiFi calling in cellular settings.

Yes I do, check your settings under cellular data and see if it’s an option.

Have you tried to switch stream more off/on, without switching plans?
