Can I Use VM (inner circle) iPhone on Sprint or Sprint MVNO after 12 months?

I am on the 12 month inner circle plan.

I bought my (refurbished) Virgin Mobile iPhone 6S from Vrgin Mobile when I signed up for the plan.

I am wondering if I can use this iPhone on Sprint or a Sprint MVNO after 12 continuous months of using it on Virgin Mobile.

Inner Circle phones were supposed to be unlockable after a week, unlike Virgin Mobile's standard unlocking policy. I don't know if that's changed since they introduced the plan, nor do I know anyone who has had their phone unlocked. I would think at that point you'd be able to use it on an MVNO, although Sprint itself may never accept the phone. Their policies are strange at best and archaic at worst.

Pay attention to the "refurbished" the poster mentioned, there's a different qualifier on anything less than full price iPhones as far as unlocking goes.

Good point and I didn't notice that. As always, best to call or contact to ask. The Social Media team usually has the most accurate info for Virgin Mobile.
