    Anyone able to select this plan online? When I go to change my plan, it isn't available.

    Also this just in. I hope it’s legit, because this was my biggest issue with the Fido offer.

    How is this not the hottest deal of the year?

    I would think almost everyone would want to switch to this... well most people who are already paying 50+ and above.

    I'm on an old $56/2gig plan, and my second line is a $60/4gig with a -10% and it still makes sense to switch both to this deal.

    I'm in Ontario and I called, took an hour and half wait but once I got through it was a quick switch.

    Has anyone managed to get this plan while still under contract? I am on the Pulse $15 plan already. If I switch, does that mean my new plan cost will be $75 or do I need to clear my device balance first?

    I got this plan contract price (Pulse 35?) $85 but I decided to go for BYOD. $180 to do so, but having $960 towards a new phone every 2 years is nice.

    Weird. For this plan, if I log into the Fido app, it states it's a 10 GB plan, and shows the 10 GB both in the description and the data bucket. However, if I log in on my computer, it states it's a 5 GB plan, and shows 5 GB in the description but lists 10 GB for the data bucket.

    Eug, it gets even weirder for me. It says 5GB Plan... but I have been given 20 gigs of data!

    I'm not complaining at all, and I only use 3-4 gigs a month anyways... but damn I'll be sad when they fix this mistake.

    Heh. That's a lot of data! It may fix itself with the plan cycle reset, but so far 19 GB is the most I've seen. Interesting.

    I just got my monthly bill.

    It says on my January bill the 5 GB data bonus ends Dec. 2019.

    That is not supposed to be the case. I will contact them to see if this is a mistake. Pay close attention to your plan details, folks.

    I contacted Fido and the agent was well aware that the end date still shows up on our bills. It's to be fixed but they do not as yet have a time frame as to when they will correct that.

    My bill shows that too and I called them. Rep confirmed the plan code is correct on my account and that they are still making changes to that plan. The app now shows 10GB as part of the base package and the website shows I have a total of 15GB...
