I'm looking for someone to takeover my Sprint Sero Premium plan. The monthly rate is $40 + premium data fee of $10 (charged if you use a smartphone on the plan). You will have to already have a Sero plan on oyour account. Contract expires October of this year.

So it seems there has to be no fee for this to abide by Sprint's rules. Therefore, the plan is now free to anyone who wants it! You do have to have Sero currently.
