    "No Plans Found" with new FreedomPop account

    I signed up for Freedom Pop and received my sim card yesterday. I put it in my Samsung Galaxy Tab E tablet. I added the APN in my network settings. Last night I did not have a data connection. This morning when I turned it on I had a connection which is working. I then went to my account to downgrade my plan but it says "no plans found" and "no services found". So what am I doing wrong?

    Freedom Poop is a giant scam ! never give these guys any of your personal info . Tons of complaints with the BBB and FTC

    Just checked my account and now plan and service, etc is showing up. Guess they are just slow.

    FreedomPop is an excellent service, but you have to fully understand it to make the best use of it.

    I've used FP AT&T LTE SIMs for my primary cellular service, using the SIMs for LTE data only, combined with Google Voice + Hangouts for my voice and messaging, since March, 2017.

    Sad it didn't work for you. I read all the fine print, didn't see any scams and it's been working great for my family at no cost. If you'd like to share where you found free service I'll keep that in mind if FreedomPop ever stops their excellent service.
