    Issue porting and activating

    Does anybody have the direct line for the porting department at cricket wireless? I ordered 2 lines of service with 2 phones, activated them yesterday and they don't work. My old service (t-mobile) is still working. I called customer service and they said the problem is the port failed, and all they could do is escalate it, so they filed a ticket for it to be fixed and said it would be 3 business days for a resolution. I can't wait 3 business days, my t-mobile billing cycle ends tomorrow!

    I've also already emailed the Zen desk, after 12 emails they finally said I just gotta wait for porting center to resolve the ticket. I'm hoping there is a hidden number I can call so I can speed this up? I already know what the problem was, I had enabled port validation on t-mobile but have since removed it. I just need to talk to the right person.

    Thanks for that, but if I remember right, there's a dealer line that gets you right through to the actual corporate porting department.

    Then they ask for nosey things like dealer codes. I used this number couple of weeks ago, they seemed able to do it.

    Well I called them, they were helpful but still no dice. They said I have to wait for the porting center to resolve the ticket. Is the porting center not open on weekends or something? I really wish I could have their direct line.

    Thank you! They actually had to submit a case for me, but they seemed really competent. They have me a case number and told me to call them back at that number if it's not resolved within 24 hours.
