If you need to unlock "Active on another account" At&t iPhone

This status pops up for many used devices that people buy on eBay, etc when one submits an unlock request. Most of those devices are eligible for unlock but At&t requires the former owner info. So if you need to unlock this status you can use - it works I just tested for my friend's iPhone 6.

I had this issue about two months ago with a friend's iPhone. I bought a listing on eBay that specifically was for "active on another account" unlocks and they got it unlocked. Cost me like $13.99.
Carriers I've used: Sprint, T-Mobile, Cricket, AT&T, Verizon, Page Plus, Virgin Mobile, Movistar, AT&T Mexico, Telcel, Straight Talk, RingPlus.
Phones I've used: iPhone 6S, iPhone 5c, HTC One M9, Samsung Galaxy S3, LG G2, BlackBerry Storm, Nokia 820, Motorola Atrix HD, iPhone 4S, HTC One V, iPhone 4, Nokia Lumia 900, Nokia N9, Samsung Focus, Samsung Captivate, Nokia N900, HTC 8525, iPhone 3GS, iPhone, Nokia E61i, Siemens A56...

Did you try to unlock the AT&T phone as a non AT&T customer? The original owner information is not required.
