Los Angeles FreedomPop account credit revivification?

Since this is a different and new topic I will start a new thread.
For the last few weeks or even over a month I have not been able to access my
    FreedomPop accounts with my computer.
I tried today and it worked.
Looking over my accounts [which do not seem to know any usage on the website]
I noticed that the one account that had a $5 credit balance is now showing zero balance.
I recall that there was way to reactivate them.
    Anyone recall?

Also many, [I did not do a serious study just now], of the accounts seem to show auto-top-off
ON. I do not recall any of them being on before.

    Messed up web site?

Any info or help with the credit issue is appreciated.

Log in to FreedomPop, go to https://my.freedompop.com/billing and click the reactivation link on the Credit Balance tab. You have to do this approximately every 30 days. FreedomPop says that 90 days after the balance is deactivated it will not be possible to reactivate it, I don't think that rule is enforced consistently.

There is an Account Credit & Top-Up Settings.

Clicking on that takes me to:
    https://my.freedompop.com/settings/credit-balance

Unfortunately, there does not seem to be a reactivation link.
    Could you check this?
    thanks.

The link I posted works for me. Or from the top level (my.freedompop.com), click the "hamburger" menu, choose Billing, scroll to the bottom and click Credit Balance. BTW, if you are using the Android Chrome browser, the my.freedompop.con site locks up unless you choose Desktop view in settings.

Not seeing it on my computer and your warnings about Chrome on Android, I used another browser on my ZTE Maven 3. I do not know what browser it is but att will not allow me to change it start up page but you can assign another page as the "home page" but not the page that starts.

I logged into FP and still had some of the occasional lock ups you describe but did get to a place that showed a reactivate button. And in the browser it shows that I now have the $5 credit.

But that does not show on the web page when I access it from my computer.
And now it does show a few minutes later.
But no history of paying the credit or the credit expiring or the newly reactivated credit.

Thank you for helping me resolve this issue swiftly.

A month later the same issue. But this time I do not recall which number has the credit.
    [3529] Now I will remember.

Same problem with the pages sticking.

    This is the solution:
