can doing so bring a lawsuit
why doesn't verizon shut it down
Following, because I've been wondering the same thing. Some of the plans being sold are very suspect. For example, he has $30 UDP. That one might be OK, but might not even survive a transfer. But the ones that really puzzle me are a $23 UDP and a $0 UDP plan. How could that have even existed?

The website states: "TacCom Data uses a method to establish UDP lines on any account NOT via AOL (Assumption of Liability)!"

    It seems extremely shady.

He's been doing it for years. I haven't really seen many complaints about him on these forums, most of the posts I've seen said he provided what he promised. The few complaints I remember about him here over the past several years was a few people said he was rude. I also have always wondered how he got away with selling all those lines & Verizon never did anything about it.

dont know how he does it, but he is advertising no AOL, if he is spawning I dont think this would be legit.

AOL is for transfer of a line of service, I think before he used to sell lines they had on their account.

Even if he legit spawns these lines, how can you have $0 UDP that is NOT legit for sure.IDK..

    shady as hel

Why do MODS let him advertise, although he has maybe some repute - is this not common sense, can you have a LEGIT $15 Grandfathere UDP when the cheapest I know is $29.99+ $15 = $45.99 plus taxes??

If you see his video on facebook, he is wearing a Verizon authorized retailer shirt and talking openly about the udp lines and what he can do

    is he var?
    or he works there.
regardless of this, why is verizon ignoring it.
I am sure verizon knows about it

Either way, he is quite brazen. It's amazing that it's being allowed to continue.

His website says that AOLs for grandfathered UDP are no longer possible. I thought you could still do it if you have a business account. Is this not true any longer?

But does it have to be to/from a business account?

Yes in 8/10 cases but sometimes even it can be moved from personal.
