    Great point.

Where I am in Pinellas County Florida I am never on B12 but yet, due to towers being everywhere, I have great service.

Just checked Pinellas County Florida on Cellmapper using the Band Filter to only see Band 12, there is tons of B12 towers all over Pinellas County Florida. If you aren't seeing B12 it is because other Bands are being able to provide service. Try checking it inside some big building where B12 penetration makes it the best choice.
