Going to leave this open for 14 days and then I'll post the results via the Google Spreadsheet. I'll post the link here :-)

I like to use Twitter whenever I can (T-Force) because I'm usually online somewhere, someplace.

For those who are unfamiliar how to reach T-Force you can do so here: https://twitter.com/tmobilehelp To save time opt to send them a DM (direct message) instead of simply tweeting them.

Chat is the way to go. Phone reps like to go through their script every time.

    Call T-Mobile Customer Service...

Chat session is too slow and tedious to get Info. Don't have twitter and never will.

agree that it could be smoother... but from start to finish, chat will always take longer.. 611 even scripted can be done in less than 10 minutes.

I have to use 611. Their twitter won't respond to any messages.

What Twitter handle are you using? If you publically tweet https://twitter.com/TMobileHelp and then send a DM, I've had no issues?

I used to get responses from T-Mobile, but they do not respond 'anymore' even on DM. I suppose I could create a new handle, as I'm sure that T-Mobile has blocked me due to the number of tickets that I opened for coverage issues that they never resolved (but claimed they have) along with ERT escallations.

That's a shame. They helped me on a JOD that three stores couldn't process, doubled my hardware credit limit, paid off a $400 EIP balance for me, gave me a free BeatsX BT headset and offered me 3 one time $100 credits because I'm awesome.

For localized network issues I've tweeted Neville directly but I only do this for major issues.
