    Why no Simple Mobile?

Why is there no Simple Mobile section in prepaid? I think it’s a good T-Mobile MVNO service option not too many people know about. I use that for my daughter on the $25 plan unlimited talk and text with 1GB high speed. I noticed yesterday this month it has 3GB but seems to be only for a few months that it will be that way. Just looking for any discussions and info on more on Simple Mobile and wondered why there’s no section for it.

My opinion is that it is easier to keep up with what's going on with ALL US MVNOs if everything is in 1 section. Even very popular MVNOs fade. PPC was one of the most popular MVNOs with tons of discussion a few years ago, and it has it's own forum section, but now has little activity.

Perhaps the only MVNO that truly still deserves it's own forum section is Tracfone.

Of course, this is just my opinion.

Anyway, thanks for pointing out the special limited time 3GB for Simple Mobile.

However, if it goes back to 1GB for $25/mo, that is nothing really special compared to a few other T-Mo MVNOs.

I think the 3GB is just for this month. Many carriers are offering unlimited talk and text and 1GB for much cheaper.

simple mobile is now owned by carlos slim/america movil/tracfone. i tend to stay away from those due to their penchant for notoriously bad customer support

If you post in this group, Tracfone group, or even the Straight Talk group on this forum, you should be just fine. Simple Mobile is just another sub company of Tracfone.

I can remember when Virgin Mobile was a hot bed of discussion, now it is a ghost town. It should probably just be merged into the General section

IMO HoFo should have sub forums under Tracfone for each subsidiary.
Unlike many TF Inc. Subs in recent weeks and now months, TF Inc. not showing much love to their TF service customers.

Makes sense. Total Wireless needs a section as well. Or add Simple and Total to the Straight Talk section.

I think that's part of the problem, keeping up with the trends. The Straight Talk forum was also hugely popular a few years ago & now that forum is also pretty much a ghost town these days. At this point it may be best to roll all Tracfone brands into one forum. Unfortunately there are a lot of different parts of Howard Forums that are in dire need of an update. I mean just just look at the pictures at the top of the page for phone reviews, the Moto G4 Plus & Galaxy S7 are the featured phones. How old are those phones?

I agree about the Trafone brand that should be in one forum. Right now the popular option, especially for family plans, is TotalWireless. 4 lines, 25GB data for less than $100.

Where does it say it’s 3 gigs for just that month? According to the plan info it’s for as long as you have the plan I thought. Unless I read wrong
