    Verizon Wireless Roaming

    Morning!
I’ve been with VZW for 6 months and happy so far, i live in the border between Mexico and Usa, often my wife and i go over there and use the phone with no problem, phone used to roam in TELCEL, which is the best company in Mexico, lately, phones instead of roaming in Telcel, now roams with Movistar which is terrible with data and voice quality! We tried to manually go to carrier setting and select Telcel and no
    Problems, my
Concern is, this last time we went we did the same process and my wife’s iPhone (we both have the iphone x, mine 256 hers 64 from vzw) was working normal but mine didn’t pick any signal at all, i rebooted, and did everything the same but this time my phone did not pick up any signal at all!
    What could be the problem!?
    Thanks for your opinions

Is your phone Verizon or sim free model? if not then sounds like bands movistar uses aren't supported by your phone if it's a GSM model..

Maybe try swapping sim cards with your wife's iphone, see if problem moves with sim card to eliminate that. If it doesn't then other than a hard reset or trip to Apple I don't think there is anything you can try. Are you on 11.3 and carrier version 32.0?
