MicroSD compatibility: MicroSD 4Gb with LGL44VL tracfone

I have a Microsd 4Gb. LGL44VL will format and erase but will not mount. is it below supported ram?
Restarted several times; reinstalled with phone off, with phone in standby, with phone on; formatted twice; separately erased once.
Guessing try to format on a Windows PC, heard something about exFat format.

Have you ever used this microSD successfully in any device? What are the details on it (source, brand, etc)?

Google h2testw - I always use it to test any microSD I buy because there are too many fake devices out there and it is not worth risking my data vs spending the time to completely test a device.

I think it's always best to let the device/phone format the microSD, but will be interesting to see what happens if you format it in your PC.

You could try posting in the TracFone section as your phone is apparently a TracFone according to Google

Thinking this is not compatible memory: Kingmax MicroSD MC. Inserted into a Samsung adapter to format, But will not format.
Just salvaged from the old phone, was worth a try.
