    HSN Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky

Been looking at this model of phone on QVC and HSN.

HSN seems to give more information. HSN has two models - one is $99 (Item #592-386) and the other is $159 (Item#591-947).

The $99 phone has a " internal power bank". I know what a battery pack or juice bar is, but have never seen an "internal" one before. Does anyone have this phone? The two models look identical except for this feature. Thanks!

Where do you see internal power bank? It's got to be a typo if it says that. The item picture shows the power bank as external.

It says "built in" - I assumed that meant it was internal. Am I wrong?

    1. The power bank's battery is built into the power bank See the item picture - it's the black rectangular device to the left of the phone and connects to the phone charger port to charge the phone.

    2. The phone battery is internal to the phone.

Thanks - I've been trying to figure out the difference between the two phones. I guess the difference in price is due to the type of memory card and not a battery issue. Thanks so much!

What memory card? They are both the same S727 model phone. Maybe you mean airtime card. The bundle with power bank is the better value from what I see.

Considerable difference in value. $60 less, more air and service time, power bank, cheaper extended warranty.

Looking at it again - The $159 phone "16GB onboard memory; expandable up to 256GB with optional microSD/SDHC/SDXC memory cards, sold separately" and the $99 phone "16GB onboard memory; 2GB RAM; expandable up to 256GB with optional microSD memory cards, sold separately"

Thanks everyone. Sorry for the incorrect terminology.

Actually after several attempts at re-charging the new replacement battery, it started working "normally"
