    Roaming in Quebec

    Hi there,

Does anyone have experience to use your phone when you travel in Quebec, e.g. Montreal? How is your reception and do you get LTE? Who is roaming partner there?

    Thanks.

You would be subject to the same roaming partner networks as you do anywhere else in Canada. Rogers/Telus exists in Quebec as they do in all other provinces.

So I don't worry about any service interruption when I get there, right? How fast is the speed? Do I still get LTE?

    Thanks.

You'll already be roaming on Rogers when you get east of Kingston, so there'll be no difference.

My friend went to Montreal and she said she didn't get mobile data. So you need to enable data roaming.
And you will be charged 5 cents per MB, if it's not included in your plan.

My plan includes 500mb roaming data, and Freedom will throttle if I go over 500mb. It seems no extra charge.
