Virgin Mobile phones no longer at Target stores

The Target stores in my area are remodeling, and as they do, they are eliminating Virgin Mobile devices from the prepaid phone section. The only two VM phones on their site show as out of stock. Sure looks like Target is anticipating VM's plan to quit selling Android phones this year... anyone seeing other stores dropping their phones yet?

Most of the lower price phones are showing OOS on VM's site but they do offer the new Moto E5 Play for 79.99 and pricier phones, too. I bought their E4 last fall for $40.

Chris, can you post a link to where it's been confirmed?

This might be better for a new thread but it is related to this issue so I put it here.

Who would have thought that eliminating half of your customer base might be bad for business.

Try checking Walmart and Walgreens and other drug stores. They usually Carry virgin mobile phones.

For the last year, VM has been wishy-washy about whether they were continuing service outside of iPhones... this shows they're at least moving away from Androids if not out of business altogether.

Plus, they cited my post in the article. It's definitely related
