I’m kinda curious to know how long the cheap refill from eBay will last lol. Close to 20 bucks for 40 plan not bad at all!

Anyone know how long the refill cards have been sold on eBay for this large discount- especially the $40 cards for $22-25 ?

The benefits of direct Verizon Prepaid service ( versus an MVNO ) obviously makes it worthwhile for many users and this discount
really makes me think about going this route. Just don’t know if this will be sustainable?

I’ve been buying them on there for at least six months.

Worst case I can go back to getting them from Target at 14.5% off. When they have 10% off sales plus 5% off the sale price with the red card. that was a decent discount but the eBay discounts are more than double that. But I don't expect the eBay discounts to last. But I guess you never know. But either way I pay much less on Verizon prepaid than I did when I was on Verizon post paid.

just spotted this thread. very cool and hope it lasts.
is it still the case that your balance only lasts 90 days? though if adding a card extends it, its not a huge deal..

Here is the response from the eBay vendor ( mricomputers.inc ) that I've successfully purchased from:

90 days after you put it in your account if you do not use it does not expire until you put it into account

Thanks, 2Brew. Timing is important when applying the refill card to one's account.

I always apply refill cards from eBay right away. if I get them from Target then I will hold onto them for months.

It's missing punctuation so it's not clear to me.
